Our suite room. austin and erin had fresh cookies delivered for my son's birthday, a very sweet gesture! hector and the whole staff were so wonderful. Their service added a special touch to our visit. i felt genuinely cared for .

The location in west hollywood is fantastic. It is a very safe area. nice cafes are within walking distance, perfect for morning coffee or a quick bite. getting around was very easy.

The room included two separate sinks. It was a Premier King Suite Balcony. Complimentary coffee was provided in the room, which i DEFINITELY appreciated. Valet parking proved awesome. The staff were friendly.

Angel kept the complimentary coffee fresh all morning. dante at the rooftop pool provided great recommendations and remembered my drink! ebony at reception was also very helpful, and the location made it easy to explore nearby bars and restaurants. i really appreciated the friendly service!
the gym only has three cardio machines and a small weight set, and i would have liked more options for a complete workout.

I loved the spacious rooms. The full kitchen and fireplace were nice amenities. Carle was helpful. The reception and restaurant teams were also fun and effective.
The sound isolation wasn't great, and I could hear people talking in neighboring rooms.
